How to check Nearby Now usage

This is a step by step on how to check everyones Nearby Now usage for the ticket that come in bi-monthly.

Log into Nearby now under the nearby@online-access.com account and go to the Online-Access Agency account.

Once logged in, click Account Activity

Next, click download and download the CSV for the 2 months.

Open the document and highlight the first row. Then click Sort & Filter then click Filter.

Click the dropdown arrow for CheckinCountCurrent and sort that from smallest to largest.

Delete anything larger than 10 and save the document.

Attach the updated document to the Nearby Now Usage ticket and close it.

Confirm in Nearby Now that they are active and not frozen, and in Pagepilot that they are not cancelling and live with their website/Nearby Now.

Create a ticket for each company and reach out to them via a snippet, template, or custom email.
