The customer must provide you with a first name, last name, and a password or a cell phone number. If those items are not given, please request them from the customer.
Open the File explorer and go to the Customer Server.
Next, click the Customer Files folder.
Once in there, scroll until you find the Company you are looking for and open the folder.
Inside the folder, open the Docs folder.
Then open the Nearby Now Excel file.
Open the document and put the customers first and last name in column A, and the cell phone number (or password) in column D.
Go to admin.nearbynow.co and sign in as the main account (nearby@online-access.com).
When signed in, click the Online-Access logo in the top right hand corner and hit Change Account.
Select the storefront for the company you are wanting to add a user to.
Next, on the left hand side, click Team, then Users.
Select Invite Users in the top right hand corner.
Then, put in the email address that was created when adding the user to the Nearby Now document in Step 1. It is in column F.
Go to mail.pagepilot.com and sign into the account nearby@online-access.com.
When signed in, find the verification email and open it up.
In the email, click the Verify your Nearby Now Account link.
Fill in the information on the next screen with their name, phone number, and password. Then hit, complete registration.
Hitting that will send an email to the customer with the tech's login credentials so the tech can login and start using Nearby Now!
