This is a step by step on how to create a NBN storefront for when someone signs up for Nearby Now. This is for NEW customers only, not returning NBN customers.
First access the Docs Drive.
Next, find the Products folder.
When in the folder, click on the Nearby Now folder.
When in that folder, copy the NBN Team Template Excel sheet.
Next, go to the Customers Drive.
Click the Customer Files folder
Find the company you are setting up.
Look for a Docs folder. If they don't have one, create one.
Open the folder and paste the NBN Team Template document in it.
Open the document and put in the Company Name, Phone Number, and CID in the top. Then look at the Zoho ticket that was generated when the customer signed up and put in the technicians Full name in the Name field. Then put the phone number provided in the Cell Phone Number field and the username/email address and password will be generated.
Go to https://admin.nearbynow.co/ and sign into the nearby@online-access.com account. Once signed in, click the top right hand corner and choose Switch to Agency Account.
Once you are in the agency account, click the top right hand corner and choose Change Account.
On the account screen, click Add Account.
Fill out the info on the pop up and click Create Account.
Next, fill out the information on the New Account Setup page. Fill out the companies address, phone number, website, and logo. Then under Service Markets, check off the services that the company offers. When done click Save Company.
Next, put in the email address for the users you want to invite to the Company. You can get this list from the NBN Template sheet we moved over to this companies folder earlier. If you have more than 1 person to add, seperate each email address by a comma. When done, click Invite Users.
The account has now been created and the invites have been sent out.
To add the user to the NBN account, follow the instructions here.
When each account is added, you will be signed into the account every time. Before you sign out and add more users, turn OFF Send completed review notifications and Send system generated email correspondence. Then click Update User Account.
Once all the accounts are created, sign out of the users account and sign back into the company account. Click Team then Users.
Out of all of the users, give the owner/office manager/admin for Nearby Now the admin privilege by clicking the drop down on the right side for their name and clicking Make Admin.
Once they are admins, click Edit User from the drop down and change the following settings:
Roles:
Check off Admin User AND Reports Access. Never give Integration Access.
Notification Preferences:
Check off SMS Alerts and leave the other two blank.
If the customer is using their own email and not the oann.net email account, then check off email correspondence and Completed Reviews Email.
Sign out of the users account and sign back into the company account. Click Account Settings then Profile.
Scroll down until you see Global User Avatar. Before uploading the logo, go Canva and chose a new project. The project you should choose is new Facebook profile picture. Put the logo in there, make sure to save it as JPG or PNG and have a transparent background and download. Once that is created, click Choose File and find the picture. Once you have it, click Upload Company Avatar.
First access the Docs Drive.

If the number is red, choose the next series until that number is red. The limit on users per NBN number is 4. When you have the NBN number figured out, click the blue link button for the number.
First, double check you are in the right NBN API Project in the top left hand corner.

Go to the customers review page and look at the city list. If the city list looks odd with how many cities they have, you can edit the columns by changing the number in the NearbyNowServiceCities tag by adding a "limit=X" in it.
