NBN Dashboard Training

Click Team, then click Users.

Discuss how you can set up accounts for new users if they want, how to invite them and export them.

Tell them the best way though is to email help@pagepilot.com with the persons first and last name and a password or cell phone number.

Go over admin and see if anybody needs to be made an admin or not.

To check that out, click the drop down on the right side and choose either Remove Admin or Make Admin depending on what direction you need to go in.

Click Team, then click Map.

Map settings can have you look at live check-ins and see where your employees are currently at, or where they were before their next job. If they are at a job and haven't done a check-in yet, you can remind them to do so before leaving the job site.

Click Team, then click Geofences.

To create a Geofence, click the blue Add Geofence button.

Here, you can drag the green pin to a certain area on the map you want to focus on. You can assign this to all employees, or only certain ones.

What happens is when the person is in the geofenced area, they will get a push notification from the Nearby Now app to remind them to do a check in when they are completed with the job in the area.

The point could be set from 1/4th mile to 10 miles.

You do NOT have to use this, but it's a good reminder for geographical areas you want to dominate in as a good reminder.

Catalog

Click Reports, then click Catalog.

This page gives you information on all the reports you can view. The most important two are Review Request List and Checkins List.

GENERAL NOTE

To change your time frame of what you want to view, click the calendar in the top left hand corner.

Note: When you set the time frame, it will stay in that until you change it.

Click Reports, then click Catalog then chose Review Request List.

Here you can get a list of all of the review requests that have been sent out to the customers. There are multiple tiers for a status.

This page gives you a list of customers you have had, their email address, what time frame the job was done at, and if they left you a review. The reviews don't track from 3rd party widgets, only NBN reviews and confirmed Google reviews will appear here.

  • Bounced - Customer never received the review link
  • Sent - Customer has been sent the review link, but has not opened it.
  • Clicked - Customer clicked on a 3rd party place from reviews
  • Viewed - Customer has read the review link message, but has not opened it.
  • Opened - Customer has opened the link sent
  • Complete - Customer has left a review and it's viewable on the website (only for NBN reviews unless manually linked from GBP)

If a NBN review is there, you can either reply or flag the review.

Click Reports, then click Catalog then chose Checkins List.

Edit Checkins

To edit a checkin, click the 3 circles on the right hand side and click Edit Checkin

Here you can edit the wording of the checkin, adding or removing wording. You can also use the AI improve feature if you'd like, but it can get wordy and too much. It's good to use that once in a while and tweak it, but not every single check in.

You can also edit the image that was used, by either removing the image or rotating it, or you can add an additional image if needed (2 images max per checkin)

You can see who left the checkin and if the same person is having an issue (missing key word, missing company name, not taking picture etc.), you can address that with the person and let them know to fix it. Even though the admins can go in and edit them later, it's better to have the techs correct their mistake rather than the office fix it every time.

Other options

You can send a review request if the customer hasn't been sent one yet, or you can re-send one if you'd like.

You can view the checkin on the map itself to see the location.

You can use the photos and upload them to your Google Business Profile page to showcase those to customers.

You can also create a post on GBP to showcase the work and discuss what you did on the job so customers can view the type of work you do on Google.

  • No - No review link was sent
  • Yes/No - Review link was sent, but don't know if a review was left
  • Yes - Review link was sent and the review left is a NBN review.
  • Yes (different color) - Review link was sent and the review left is a Google Review.

Click Reports, then click Google then click Reviews.

You will see your latest Google reviews and if the google review was a NBN customer, you can assign the checkin to the specific review so the data between NBN and Google can talk to each other.

To start this, can click on the three circles on the right hand side and click Assign to User

When you find the checkin that matches the review, click the blue Assign button.

The change won't happen instantly, but it will update and it will be placed geographically.

Click Reports, then click Catalog then choose Customers.

This page gives you a list of customers you have had, their email address, what time frame the job was done at, and if they left you a review. The reivews don't track from 3rd party widgets, only NBN reviews and confirmed Google reviews will appear here.

Click Action, then click Checkin.

Post the checkin

Choose the team member who did job at the customers home.

Next, type in the customers name and address.

Finally, type in the work description of the job that was done on site and click checkin.
