The customer must provide you with a first name, last name, and a password or a cell phone number. If those items are not given, please request them from the customer.
Go to admin.nearbynow.co and sign in as the main account (nearby@online-access.com).
When signed in, click the Online-Access logo in the top right hand corner and hit Change Account. Pick the account you want to remove the user from.
Next, on the left hand side, click Team, then Users.
In the list of users dropdown, find the user you want to delete and click on the pencil next to their name. Then in the dropdown, click Remove User.
Contact the customer and let them know that the user has been removed.

Next, on the left hand side, click Reports then Checkins and then Checkins List.
Set the dates you want to search for in the upper left corner
Find the checkin you are wanting and click the three dots next to it. Then select Delete Checkin.
Contact the customer and let them know that the checkin has been deleted.
Note that reviews will only be deleted if they are profane or for the incorrect company. You cannot do so just because a customer doesn’t like it.
