First domain is included in subscription. Any subsequent domains are billed annual fee of $30 at time of transfer and then annually starting when they next require renewing.
The only time it would need to be renewed in the same year is if they transfer to us within 60 days of renewing it at the registrar they are with. If that happens, that registrar will be refunded and they will take away they year they paid for and charge us for it (in such a scenario, the customer gets screwed and pays twice for the same year of registration). That's why I encourage people to pay attention and hold off transfer til after that 60 day mark.
