Case Requirements

  • Your Business Registration/License displaying the business name and address that matches the listing you are appealing for. Accepted documents include official business registration, business license, or tax certificates.
  • A utility bill displaying the same business name and address as your registration/license. Utilities may include any of the following: electricity, phone, gas, water, sewage, trash, recycling, TV, and internet.
  • 3 - 5 unedited images of the following:
    • The business storefront as seen from the street and/or in front of your shop. (Required)
    • Signage that shows the name of the business and its entrance. (Required)
    • Picture of tools and equipment that you use to carry out your work. (Required)
    • Pictures which show the vehicle in the local area where you meet customers. (Required)
    • The inside of the business. (Optional)
    • Link that shows Google Street View imagery of the street or neighborhood where your business is located. (Optional)
    • Name and website URL of the venue in which your business resides, like a shopping mall. (Optional)

Video Requirements

video verification that shows the following:

  • Business Location: Show the exterior of your business, clearly displaying street signs, nearby businesses, or recognizable landmarks that confirm the location.
  • Proof of Operations: Display your business's name on permanent fixtures like a sign or window. You should also show stock, inventory, or marketing materials with your logo.
  • Proof of Management: Record yourself performing an action that proves you are in charge, such as unlocking the business door with a key or opening a cash register.
