• Dynasty begins the process to run a baseline within 48 hours of the Baseline ticket's assignment
  • Dynasty looks in the Top Service Cities section in the Customer Hub to grab the top 3 cities to make sure they're included in the baseline report
  • Dynasty then uses the City Tool to find the 7 closest cities to their main location (including the city they're located in)
    • Make sure that the 'top 3' are listed are within a reasonable distance from the business HQ.
      • < 15 miles most places
      • < 8 -10 miles for metropolitan locales
      • If Dynasty feels 'iffy' about a city's inclusion, just reach out to Krysten to ask her opinion considering she's the one that has the relationship with the customer.
    • Make sure their 'top 3 cities' are included in your list of the closest 7. In the event that they're not, push out the cities that are furthest away from their headquarters to accommodate whichever of the 3 are missing.
  • Dynasty runs the benchmark
  • Dynasty communicates to Krysten* (or whomever Krysten declares) which of the 7 cities are selected for the report as a comment in the Benchmark ticket and assigns the Benchmark ticket to Krysten*.
  • Krysten* then communicates that to the customer (during some point of the Start-Up process) so the customer's expectation of what the ranking report is considering is set and gives them the option to pivot if need be.
