Please note this only applies to accounts that use the @oann.net emails. Any other accounts must be reset by the user themselves.
Go to admin.nearbynow.co and hit the Forgot Password? button.
Put in the email address for the user you want to reset the password for and hit Submit Reset Request.
Login to the nearby@online-access.com email account in mail.pagepilot.com to get the link to reset the password.
Click the link that was given.
Put in the email address that needs their password reset and hit Request new password button.
Enter the new password and confirm the new password again. Then hit the Request new password button.
The accounts password has been successfully reset!
Call the customer and give them the new password for the account so they can sign in. Remember, don't send passwords via email as it's unsecure to do so.
